CR: it was green.

Costa Rica was orange, blue. . . and it was green.

As our plane closed in over San Jose, I was amazed at the lush green stretching from the rain forests and mountains into the city streets. A few hours later, we looked out new windows as our narrow van disappeared deeper into the tree lines closing in around us.

Maybe it was the change of scenery that brought relief and refreshment; trading in a concrete jungle for a tropical one.
Or perhaps, it was from the overflow of purposed prayer. Of praise. Of pursuing Jesus with His people.

I'm betting it may have been a bit of both.

Costa Rica was green.
